Developed by Las Colinas Founder, Ben Carpenter, the Mandalay Canal, located at 215 Mandalay Canal Irving, TX, was designed to be a cozy setting hidden from the highway and parking lots. The cobblestoned streets which line the canal have witnessed the evolution of this idyllic space since its 1983 opening. From its detailed façade and cobblestoned walk to its serene waterway and gregarious gondoliers–this urban oasis continues to inspire visitors with its beauty.

Mandalay Canal Stakeholders

The 30,000 square-feet stretch that comprises the Mandalay Canal includes multiple owners and operators (e.g. stakeholders). These stakeholders own, manage or maintain property along the canal and contribute to its overall interest. The group works collectively to support the Mandalay Canal as a tentpole destination for Irving-Las Colinas. Each stakeholder has a role to play in the approvals and resources provided to all future canal events.
